• Are you a factory or trading company?
  We are a manufacturer, certified via SGS, Intertek, CE, and ISO.
• How many days for production delivery?
  Ordinarily it costs 5-7 workdays for normal type. Sample orders take 3 days.
• How about quality control in your factory?
  We operate a full QC process including incoming inspection, process inspection, and final testing. Each engine, generator, and water pump is tested on the production line, and we provide test videos before delivery.
• How about the guarantee?
  We offer a 1-year warranty or 1000 running hours (whichever comes first) for all products.
• What are your terms of payment?
  For orders under 2500 USD, 100% in advance. For orders over 2500 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance paid after production is completed.
• Why is your product price different from the page price?
  We offer a service where only a deposit is needed to initiate production; therefore, the displayed price reflects only a portion of the total cost.
